Cashew Chicken
Ingredients
- 250 grams diced chicken breasts
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- half of onion
- 1 tbsp fried dried chillies
- 100 grams bell peper
- 1/2 cup fried cashew nut
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce, vetgetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- a little bit of cornstarch
Preparations
- Coat the chicken with flour, fry until it crispy and transfer into a plate
- Add garlic, fry until it golden brown and onion, then add bell peper, stirring well
- Put fried chicken back into the pan then seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce
- Put fried cashew nut and fried dried chillies , toss everything together.
- Serve with rice
